“I love my work. I have really enjoyed getting to know my clients over the years. My clients are never the problem, they have problems and need solutions and strategies to get “unstuck” or make changes in their lives. I have really enjoyed exploring Neurofeedback with my clients, and it’s thrilling to see the difference it can make in so many lives. I have also found personal, business and career coaching helpful to many clients. We can work together to find out what methods work for your individual needs.”

“My path to become a therapist began when I was young; seeking adventure and wanting to make a change in the world. Through immersion in other cultures, meeting new people, and seeing new things, I learned that change happens every day, while you are living your life, doing simple things like drawing with a child, or having coffee with a struggling parent, or offering support to someone suffering from illness. Change must happen within each individual, so that person can then influence another, and another, even in small ways. I enjoy working with clients that are ambitious, motivated, and accepting of challenges in order to make change happen.”
