Are you taking new clients?

Yes. Contact us and we will work with you to find a therapist that fits your needs.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We are currently in-network providers for Aetna, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, Beacon Health Options Behavioral Health Systems, CIGNA, Humana, Magellan, Medical Mutual (excluding the HMO plan), Medicare, MHN, Medigold, Multiplan, Ohio State University, PHCS, Tricare, United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health (excluding the Community Plan) and many more. We also except numerous Employee Assistant Programs. We do not currently accept forms of Medicaid like Buckeye Health, Caresource, UBH Community Plan etc.

Please contact our office directly with your specific insurance coverage and billing. We are more than happy to guide you through the process.

What if I don’t have insurance?

InMind Behavioral Health does take “self-pay” clients. Fees will be expected to be paid at the front desk prior to each appointment or by the clinician treating you.

What is your policy regarding cancellations and missed sessions?

We understand that circumstances come up from time to time that require you to cancel or reschedule a visit. We will work with you to find alternative times and options for scheduled sessions that you are unable to attend. We request that you give us at least a 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment, so that the time may be allotted for another patient. If such notice is not given, it is our general policy to charge the usual fee for the missed session.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill by calling into the office, paying in the office or via mail.

What is your policy regarding confidentiality?

At InMind Behavioral Health, your privacy is our top priority. Information shared in any therapy session is strictly confidential. The privacy of information exchanged with your therapist in the course of diagnosis and treatment is protected by law. Your consent must be obtained before discussing any information with outside providers or family members. The law also requires your therapist to break confidentiality with or without your permission if you or someone else is at risk of serious harm. The policy regarding confidentiality and HIPPA compliance is also included in the initial intake paperwork and can be discussed with your therapist.
